Hello, I'm Pia

I’m a wife, a proud mom to two dogs, and someone deeply passionate about health and wellness. I hold international certifications in Face Yoga Fitness and Brain Health Coaching, and I love creating workouts and wellness programs that are accessible, fun, and truly help you feel your best.

I’m here to share what I’ve learned and guide you in simple, practical ways — from nourishing your body and caring for your skin to incorporating movement that supports your brain, slows age-related decline, and keeps you feeling energized and confident. Helping others feel stronger, calmer, and more empowered is my greatest joy, and I would love to support you on your wellness journey.

My Story

 

 I’ve always loved fitness, but becoming a Brain Health Coach opened my eyes to something much deeper — the way our entire lifestyle shapes the way we think, feel, and show up in the world.
What we eat, what we apply to our skin, how we breathe, and how we move all affect the brain — and the brain influences everything: our mood, our energy, our behavior, and even the way we connect with others.

 

Learning about the brain gave me a new level of understanding and compassion. It helped me see why people respond the way they do, and it taught me to approach myself — and others — with more patience, kindness, and awareness.

 

Now, I’m passionate about sharing simple, practical habits that support both brain and body. From nourishing foods and skin-friendly choices to intentional movement and breathwork, these small daily actions can strengthen your brain, slow age-related decline, and even reduce the risk of conditions like Alzheimer’s.

 

Movement is still my joy — but now it’s also my mission. Creating accessible, effective, and enjoyable routines allows me to help others feel stronger, calmer, and more confident from the inside out. When your brain and body work together, everything in life feels better.
